The Senior Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for building an outstanding
partner and channel marketing program to drive Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.
Working collaboratively with the Business Development team, this strategic role will
help drive revenue pipeline growth through our Hyperscaler Co-Selling, SI, Reseller,
Technology, and Marketplace channels. In addition, this role will build partner programs
for DevOps and AI/ML.


This role works closely with our Business Development, Revenue, and other Marketing
teams (Demand Generation, Content Creation, Events…) to build strategic partnerships
and deliver value to our customers. You will work with leaders across the organization
to align on go-to-market plans, content and messaging, and a keen focus on execution.

looking for someone to take our partner program to the next level in our next exciting
phase of growth.


What you’ll do:
 Develop and implement go-to-market initiatives in support of Business
Development, including Partner onboarding, enablement, and appreciation
events – collaborating with ecosystem partners, and third-party resources, as
needed
 Own and drive the joint creation of messaging with partners that can be used for
both enablement and outreach to potential and established customers
 Work with Technology Partners and Product Marketing to articulate joint
narratives to create compelling collateral, webinars, events, and enablement
 Handle the collection and communication of planned activities and content
(events, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) to internal and external
customers
 Developing content and landing pages for larger-scale programs & events
 Contributing to and driving partnership strategies prioritized by senior leadership
 Ensuring data integrity and quality across the partner CRM, from campaign
management to asset tracking and attribution
 Collaborating with the regional Marketing/Strategic Events team on select
Partner-Sponsored opportunities
 Collaborating cross-functionally to establish, launch, and grow new partnerships
What we're looking for:
 A minimum of 4-6 years Partner Marketing experience
 Background building new, innovative programs with larger partner ecosystems
and drove success
 Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and run multiple
projects simultaneously.
 Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment
 Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
 Strong cross-team collaboration skills, and an ability to interact with both exec
leadership tech teams. Experience handling strategic technology partner
relationships (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
 Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing
platforms
 Experience in B2B Technology or DevOps Marketing
 Data-driven decision-maker
 Experience with Microsoft Excel
 Experience and familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Amplitude, Looker

$147,000$170,000 USD
Canada Base Pay Range
$104,000$156,000 CAD
